Return, Exchange & Refund Policy


Our Sweet Return Policy

At The Monkey Bliss, we want you to be 100% happy with your honey. If you’re not buzzing with joy for any reason, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your honey to request a return. Go to your order on the website, and initiate the return procedure. Once we accept your return, we will pick up the order. 


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your honey must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unopened, with labels

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Damages and Issues

We pack our honey with extra love and care, ensuring it’s snug and safe for its journey to you. Each order is boxed up protectively to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.


However. Sometimes things go wrong, we totally get it. If your honey arrives damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong item, inspect your order and contact us right away so we can make it right. You can either raise the request on the website or WhatsApp us on <insert number>. 


Exchanges Policy

Want to switch things up? The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refund Policy 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it’s a thumbs up, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@themonkeybliss.in.
